On 28 May 1997, Linda Finch, a San Antonio businesswoman,
completed a journey that retraced the flight path of Amelia Earhart's
attempted around-the-world journey. She used this restored Lockheed Electra
10E, the same make and model aircraft that Earhart used on her last journey.
