Junkers Ju 88D
The British Royal Air Force turned over this Ju
88D to the USAAF. It was shipped to Wright Field, where test pilots
flew the aircraft extensively. After WWII the U.S. Air Force stored
it in the Arizona desert.

This aircraft was shipped to the National Museum in January 1960
and is painted in the Romanian Air Force markings it carried in
July 1943.
