Junkers Ju 87 Stuka
The Stuka dive bomber was designed to support German
ground fources and was fitted with sirens to terrorize the intended victims.
While very effective against ground targets, the Germans soon learned
that the
Ju 87 very vulnerable to enemy fighters.
