T.55 Trainer

The Vampire served in the Egyptian, Syrian, Jordanian, Iraqi, and Lebanese air forces. At least three Egyptian Vampires were shot down, and many more were destroyed on the ground, during the Suez campaign in November 1956. One was shot down by Israel in October 1956.

The T.55 Vampire trainer was the export version of the T.11. This Vampire T.55 wears the colors of the Egyptian Air Force. It was purchased from Venezula.
