SA-9 Air Defense
Missile Launcher
The SA-9 Gaskin is a short-range, low-altitude surface-to-air
missile system built on a BRDM-2 chassis. The BRDM-2's normal KPV/PK machine
gun turret was removed and replaced by SA-9 SAM launchers on a revolving
mount. It has a maximum effective range of 4200m.
