Link C-3 Trainer

The museum's Link Trainer is complete and nearly operational. In 1931, Edwin A. Link received a patent for his "Pilot Trainer" device. With the advent of WWII, he sold 6271 trainers to the Army and 1045 to the Navy. They provided pilots with instrument training and blind-flying instruction.
