MiG-17F Fresco C
Randy Ball's Check-Six MiG-17F wears an
authentic paint scheme and is the only MiG available for ground
display with fully restored guns. The MiG-17F was a day fighter
with no radar and armed only with two 23mm Nudelman Suranov NS-23
and a single 37mm Nudelman N-37 machine cannon.

MiG-17F #1611 entered service with the Soviet bloc in March 1960 and
was withdrawn from service in May of 1990. |
