Curtiss SB2C
Helldiver
The Helldiver first saw action on 11 November 1943,
when the Navy attacked the Japanese held port of Rabaul. During
the last two years of WWII, the SB2C proved to be an effective attack
bomber and was responsible for the destruction of more Japanese
targets than any other aircraft.
