Laister Kauffman
TG-4A/LK-10 Glider
Sailplanes proved to be of little value in familiarizing pilots with troop carrying gliders. So in 1942, Laister-Kauffman, a manufacturer of civil gliders, adapted its LK-10 glider to meet a U.S. Army need for a glider trainer. The TG-4A was used for advanced glider flight training.
