N6055C, Ex 45-34950 The L-5 is one of the most used,
and least recognized, U.S. aircraft of WWII. It served as a short field
takeoff and landing liaison aircraft, artillery spotter, medical evacuation,
aerial reconnaissance, and passenger transport.
