Dauntless

The Dauntless became a legend after the battles of the Coral Sea and Midway. It went into service with the U.S. Marine Corps and Navy in late 1940. Its last major action as a carrier-borne aircraft was on 20 June 1944 in the Battle of the Philippine Sea. Production ceased in July 1944.
