This Wildcat is owned by Steve Craig of North Lawrence,
Kansas. It sat at the bottom of Lake Michigan for 47 years before
being retrieved in 1991. This plane wears the light blue paint scheme
of a March 1942 Wildcat along with the early war national insignia.
