Blagovestenska Church

Szentendre is a popular tourist site north of Budapest. It experienced a large influx of Serbians in the 16th and 17th centuries, when they settled here after fleeing from the Turks. Their architectural style contributed to the charm of the buildings and a Balkan-like flavor to the town.
