Museum of Fine Arts (Szépmuvészeti Múzeum)
The square is flanked on either side by the Szépmüvészeti Múzeum (Museum of Fine Arts) and the Múcsarnok (Palace of Art). The Museum of Fine Arts on the northern side of Heroes' Square and houses the National collection of non-Hungarian art with items dating back to the Egyptian era.
