Calton Hill
Calton Hill is one of Edinburgh's main hills. The columns on the hill are part of an unfinished memorial to those who died in the Napoleonic Wars. It was meant to be a replica of the Parthenon. Building started in 1822, but funds ran out, and it was never finished.
