The Knesset Menorah
The Menorah, embraced by two olive branches, is
the official emblem of the State of Israel. This one, across from
the Knesset, was given by British Government on the eight anniversary
of the founding of the State of Israel. It has 29 motifs, with sculpted
figures that depict different periods of Jewish history.
