Renault R-35 Light Tank

The R-35 became France's standard infantry tank in April of 1935. During WWII, the Germans captured large numbers of them, removed the turrets, and used them for artillery tractors and ammunition carriers.

Light Tank

The Syrians used the French Renault R-35 in 1948. Two were captured during a Syrian attack on the southern shore of the Sea of Galilee (Lake Kinnerit) on 21 May 1948.
