Wreath Layings

Many schools and civic organizations lay wreaths at the Tomb of the Unknowns while visiting Washington, D.C. To do so, a representative of the organization must write to the Director, Ceremonies and Special Events, U.S. Army Military District of Washington requesting the privilege.
