National Statuary Hall

The Statuary Hall is visited by thousands of tourists each day and is used for ceremonial occasions. Each state is allowed to display two statues in the U.S. Capitol, and most statues are displayed in the Rotunda for a period of six months following their unveiling and then moved to other areas of the Capitol.
