The photo above the flight jacket is of Lt. Col. Warren lighting a cigarette for Maj. Fred Cherry, who was in the first group of American POWs released by the North Vietnamese.

This jacket, flying suit, and cap were worn by Lt. Col. James C. Warren, who was the navigator on Hanoi Taxi. The C-141 was the first USAF aircraft to fly into Hanoi to pick up returning POWs on 12 February 1973.
